Apply NowResponsible for assisting head coach with recruiting and teaching a team of student-athletes the skills of their sport, teambuilding skills and mentoring the athletes in academic and personal character development and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the head coach.

Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree preferred in an area related to the position (i.e. sports management, law, business, education). Proficient in Word and Excel. Must be able to travel as necessary. Must be able to work 40+ hours per week as the schedule demands. Must be able to communicate with various constituencies in person, via phone, and by email.
Fiscal Responsibility: none.
Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for long periods at a desk. In exercising these functions, the employee must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally and up to 10 lbs. regularly.
Work Conditions and Environment:
Typical office conditions apply primarily, the employee may occasionally work in outside weather conditions and be physically active. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
