The Assistant Director of Athletic Performance coordinates and directs all aspects of strength and conditioning training for assigned sports and assists with training other sports as necessary, which includes travel to away contests as available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Minimum Qualifications : Requires a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management, or relevant field; two years of relevant experience, a minimum of 1-3 years intercollegiate strength and conditioning experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Certifications from an approved governing body (CSCCa, NSCA, USA-W), CPR, AED & First Aid are required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. A valid driver’s license is required.
Preferred Qualifications: A master’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field; experience with GPS or other wearable technology, and personal involvement in competitive sport are preferred.
