The compensation for this appointment will range from $66,560 – $68,500 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this staff appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions. In addition to wages,

Position Summary Information
| Summary |
Assist and support the Associate Director of Athletics/Director of Compliance in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive and effective athletic compliance program by providing a professional service of monitoring, interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating athletic department activities intended to support NCAA, Conference, and University rules and to prevent, detect, and respond appropriately to violations of applicable athletic rules and regulations. Responsible for administrative and some clerical functions of administering the Athletics Compliance Office. This will occur by performing the following duties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. Requires visual acuity to read words and numbers; and speaking and hearing ability sufficient to communicate in person or over the phone. Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and/or three to five years’ related experience and/or training at the NCAA level; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
