The Assistant Director of Development, Athletics Loyalty Giving, is responsible for supporting the revenue growth of athletic development, the TCU Frog Club, and TCU Annual Fund program objectives by raising funds for athletic initiatives. This includes conducting personal visits with prospective donors and marketing of the Frog Club’s programs, events and benefits to donors.

• 2 years’ experience in annual giving programs, sales, marketing or similar.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be insurable under the university motor vehicle requirements.

• Knowledge of fundraising strategies to assist in success of long-term fundraising efforts.
• Knowledge of communications, presentation and interpersonal relationship techniques.
• Knowledge of customer service techniques.
• Knowledge of organization techniques.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques as well as intercollegiate athletics.
• Skill in effective written and verbal communication.
• Skill in effective public speaking techniques.
• Skill in the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Skill in using various donor and ticketing databases.
• Ability to implement program activities and fundraising strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.
• Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.
• Hearing ability for verbal communication/conversation/responses via telephone, telephone systems, and face-to-face interactions.
• Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting.
• Lifting and moving objects and equipment up to 10 lbs.
• Work is indoors and sedentary and is subject to schedule changes and/or variable work hours.
• Frequent night and weekend work hours during peak periods for event support
• There are no harmful environmental conditions present for this job.
• The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
• This is an on-campus, in-person position.
