Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required, Master's preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities/events at the collegiate level as a full-time employee, graduate student, or intern preferred.
• Strong organizational and inter-personal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to self-start, be creative, show initiative, and meet established goals and deadlines.
• Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office products and Network Internet
• Ability to operate within a team environment.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Concepts

• Assist the director in day-to-day operations of all athletics facilities including setting up and tearing down all facilities for events and managing facility issues such as maintenance, custodial services, landscape, property control, etc.
• Serve as the event manager for several sports including baseball, soccer, tennis, track & field, and all university events such as commencement, and non-university events.
• Main contact for high school football
• Prather Coliseum Manager, responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the arena.
• Assist with game management for football, men's and women's basketball, softball, and volleyball.
