Job Description:
The Assistant Director of Facilities and Game Day Operations at the University of Indianapolis will provide oversight and ensure the smooth functioning of athletic facilities and game day operations. The position requires managing facility scheduling, maintenance requests, and overseeing athletic contests. The Coordinator will also hire and supervise student workers, Graduate Assistants, Interns, and Event Staff.

Essential Functions:

• Manage the scheduling of athletic-related facilities and maintenance requests.
• Oversee on-campus athletic events, ensuring efficient game day operations.
• Supervise student workers and seasonal staff for athletic events.
• Manage summer camps and athletic programs, including scheduling and logistical support.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, demonstrating ethical, respectful, and responsible behavior.
• Serve as a Title IX Responsible Employee and Campus Security Authority, as required.
• Maintain a clean or acceptable driving record and fulfill essential duties during extreme weather conditions as outlined by the university's policies.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Supervisory experience of Graduate Assistants, Interns, and Event Staff preferred.
