• Daily Building Operations- Work cooperatively with campus operation for maintenance and custodial needs. Develop relationships and interact with service providers (Daktronics, DVSport, and WBGU)
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise Stroh and Game Management Student Staff. Complete student payroll, create and manage student staff budget.
• Manage external events/groups and work with internal/external partners on event logistics (facility conversion, stage setup/teardown, and sound/media production)
• Administer schedules of Bill Frack Court / Champions Court / Anderson Club / Schmidthorst Heritage Hall.
• Assist game management for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, and football
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

The following Degree is required:

• Bachelor's Degree. Degree must be conferred at time of application.

The following Experience is required:

• 1 years of facility experience

Additional Information

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Knowledge of building services, technology, NCAA rules, and financial skills.

• Broad understanding of managing a sports venue.

• Experience managing complex events ranging for intercollegiate athletic contests, concerts, and trade shows.
