Salary/Grade: EXS/6

Target hiring range for this position will be between $55,130-$65,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Football Creative video position is designed to help plan and produce all team and recruiting related post-production video for the football program.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Design and edit motion using Adobe Creative Suite to create a dynamic branded look for use in recruiting, motivational content, and social media. Produce content that will engage the audience and promote the Northwestern Football brand.

• Collaborate with creative staff to develop and execute annual and weekly goals for creative football video projects and graphics. Conceptualization, filming, editing of videos, game day highlights, recruiting materials and other creative projects.

• Film team events, recruiting functions and other football-related activities as needed for creative content.

• Responsible for adhering to all Department and University continuing education initiatives and required certifications and trainings.
