JOB DESCRIPTION:

USC Athletics is looking to hire an Assistant Director of Football Equipment Operations to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals.  This role is responsible for ensuring the football equipment room and needs of the football team are met daily, as well as assisting with various sports and the equipment room.

Reporting directly to the Director of Football Equipment Operations, the Assistant Director of Football Equipment Operations will work in collaboration with Equipment, Football Operations, Recruiting, Sports Medicine, Strength & Conditioning, Creative, and Facilities departments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent time management skills and priority setting skills, proficient communication skills (both written and verbal), great utilization of Microsoft Office, ability to develop and implement improvements to move the department forward, be highly thorough and dependable while maintain a high degree of professionalism, display discretion and integrity and possess strong leadership skills, and possess flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred.
