Fiscal Year - FT Contract
Perform and assist with administrative and planning duties for the football program, working directly with the Director of Football Operations and the football staff; ensure that the football program operates in full compliance with the university, conference and
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
At least six months of related experience in operations or related field within intercollegiate athletics.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, strong work ethic and self-starter, organizational skills, and great attention to detail. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Related experience working in Division 1 Athletics.
Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.

Develop, plan and maintain procedures for work that is consistent with the standards of the department; perform those duties consistent with NCAA guidelines including: Collaborate with coaches and staff in execution of their operational responsibilities. This includes management of the football office, oversight of all travel arrangements, assist in recruiting activities, which include scheduling and coordinating recruiting days, facilitation of facility tours, and engaging with fans, donors, and prospects.
