The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), founded in 1891, is a nonprofit organization whose objective is to "promote, influence, and assist in financing the varsity athletic programs of the midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy" in accordance with the policy of the Superintendent of the Academy. Through an intercollegiate athletics program that is one of the largest in the country, every midshipman is afforded the opportunity to compete in athletics at the Division I level. Summary
The Assistant Director of Football Video is a full-time position that will assist the Director of Football Video in the day-to-day video operations for the Navy Football team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinating practice and game day video operations regarding the schedules, practice plan, filming locations and set up, film import and distribution to the coaching staff
Assist in developing a film library/archive, uploading all opponent games, FBS games, NFL Games and other games by request into system
Act as the point of contact for sideline in-game video tablets, including set up and take down of sideline in-game video equipment, distributing tablets to coaches and providing any needed technical support
Helps keep football video inventory and assess any needs for the department
Provide support for official visits, camps, and other applicable team events

Assist in the training of Midshipmen staff on use of video equipment and understanding of practice and game video
Collaborate with the coaches to fulfill their video needs for scouting, game planning, and player development
Maintain and troubleshoot video and computer equipment to ensure proper functionality
Adhere to policies set by the American Conference as it pertains to media exchange with opponents, scouts, officials, NFL personnel, and others upon request

Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
This is an in-person position.
