Apply NowReporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Human Resources, the Assistant Director of HR will assist with managing all aspects of the employee life cycle for 225+ full-time staff and a high volume of temporary staff, interns and volunteers in a fast-paced and growing Human Resources function.
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions for the Human resources office to support the Department of Athletics and Recreation, inclusive of designated areas and special projects as assigned.
In addition this position will provide support as needed to the athletic business office specifically as it relates to institutional athletic camps/clinics and taxable benefit, and other assigned areas.
This position will provide secondary support for all payroll, compensation, recruiting, benefits and workplace inquiries. Inherent in the position is executing key processes and transactions related to the employee life cycle.
*Willingness and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
