Job Summary:

The Assistant Director ofNCAACompliance is responsible for: Coordination of all matters related to the accurate and effective gathering and distribution of data related to team rosters and squad lists to include management of student-athlete records with theNCAACompliance Assistant (CA) System and the institution’sARMSand Teamworks systems. Approval and documentation of Official Paid Visits. Preparation and distribution of National Letters of Intent and Financial Aid Agreements. Evaluation of certain circumstances for eligibility needs for student-athletes and determining instances of non-compliance related to various aspects of the athletics program. Serving as an educational resource to coaches onNCAAlegislation. Coordinating agent registration, education and monitoring activities. Gathering and maintaining all documentation related to sports coaching staff and non-coaching staff designations.Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain a cellular or other electronic communication device. The incumbent's salary includes compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.

Bachelor's degree

Two years experience working in Athletics Administration support,NCAACompliance, or a closely related field.

Travel is required in performance of this job.

Requires a Driver's License
