Position Summary
Reporting to the Head Football Coach, the Assistant Director of Player Personnel is responsible for assisting the recruiting department to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our recruiting processes. Main responsibilities include the following: work with Director of Scouting to run recruiting meetings with offense/defense coaching staffs, high school/junior college/transfer portal PSA film evaluation, manage recruiting targets based on area/position for an individual position coach, manage recruiting boards based on position, location, PSA type for the recruiting department, assist with the execution of on campus recruiting visits, assist with the planning and execution of high school camps. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) or more years of athletics recruiting experience. Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills and Abilities:
*Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite to include Word and Excel.
*Direct experience and success with the management of an intercollegiate sports program, preferably Football.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to relate well with a diverse group of individuals including students, coaches, staff, and managers.
*Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
*Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
*Demonstrated problem solving, strong leadership, and team-building skills.
*Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
*Previous experience with a Division 1 Football program preferred
*Demonstrated experience in the management of the day-to-day operation of a Football program.
