This position is responsible for independently managing high level day-to-day operations of the ticket office. This position provides supervisory, project, and executive support to the UGA Athletics Ticket Office as well as oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities. An employee assigned to this position may serve as the principle point for execution and management of all facets of Women’s Gymnastics ticketing. Serve as administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies and may provide specialist support services in the areas of budget management, public and community relations, general business administration, and/or student, donor, and faculty/staff affairs. | | Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |

Technology and Ticket Office Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Part-time Staff, Students, Gameday Event Staff to include scheduling and providing employee training.
• Technical lead for coordination with Clutch! to problem solve any set up issues.
• Work with sport supervisors to help facilitate parking needs.
• Responsible for all scanners and Access Management Entry system (point-of-entry access control and barcode validation platform) – will work directly with UGAAAIT and Paciolan to verify the network and scanning capabilities are working properly. Position will work directly with our marketing team (integrated, branded email and marketing automation solution).
• Work with Interns/Grad Assistant’s on facilitating scanner needs for football.
• Oversee Player/Guest and Recruiting ticketing processes for football.
• Collaborates daily with Athletics Compliance office and coaches/directors of operations on student-athlete complimentary ticket claim and distribution process.
• Monitor athletic staff account accuracy. Update according to hired, separated, and retired personnel status.
• Maintain accurate season ticket holder/donor records in Paciolan, including monitoring for potential deceased accounts.
• Independently monitor and facilitate ticket office supply and equipment needs.
• Monitor office email: gatickets@sports.uga.edu

Gymnastics Ticket Management:

• Independently manage all aspects of Gymnastics ticketing.
• Coordinate Gymnastics season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation.
• Works directly with the business office on the budget for ticket sales.
• Responds to and/or routes all incoming correspondence.
• Create season, price codes, and reports in Paciolan ticketing software for ticket office, development office, and ticket sales to use for Gymnastics season.
• Maintain active dialogue with sports facilitator, Director of Gymnastics Operations and Event Management Lead.
• Works directly with development office and marketing on sales campaign/timeline for season tickets, single game tickets, and group tickets.
• Responsible for allocation of season tickets and post season events.
• Responsible for game day ticket operations including sales, will call and resolution.
• Includes postseason events which will require travel. | | Percentage of time | 20 |

• Train and support Ticket Operations Interns/Grad Assistant’s in the implementation of Women’s Basketball Ticketing.
• Works directly with the business office on the budget for ticket sales.
• Coordinate Women’s Basketball season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation with Ticket Operations Intern/Grad Assistant.
• Supports Ticket Operations Interns/Grad Assistant’s with marketing and sales manager on sales campaign/timeline for season tickets, single game tickets, and group tickets.
• Support the day of game box office with the Ticket Operations Interns/Grad Assistants. | | Percentage of time | 15 |

• Assist Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Operations in preparation of gymnastics ticket sales audit.
• Maintains current and historical sales data to assist with analyzing results and related effectiveness of the ticket sales plans and initiatives implemented for gymnastics ticketed events.
• Perform daily reconciliation tasks which include checking all check and cash transactions from the previous day. | | Percentage of time | 5 |

• Execute in accordance with NCAA, SEC, and Institutional rules the distribution of Player/Guest, Recruiting and Student Athlete admissions for all sports.
