What We Are Looking For
The Assistant Director, Ticket Operations will provide overall support to ticket operations, sales and fundraising, including, but not limited to: ticket operations, ticket sales and business intelligence. Furthermore, support the department mission by assisting in the sales, distribution, and accounting of all tickets to Baylor Athletic events as required.
A bachelor’s degree in related field, one year of relevant work experience, and an active Christian faith are required.

What Will You Do
Be proactive and take leadership on assigned sport, and manage the sport in its entirety.
Help with building and manage special events hosted by Baylor University
Assist with standardization of ticket system coding by build events to ensure accurate reporting and data.
Assist in training new staff and student workers to use the computerized ticketing system, general office duties and responsibilities.
Prepare event batches for ticket sales, balance and deposit all funds received from ticket sales and other revenue streams.
Prepare ticket sales, comp ticket reports, scanned reports as requested.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
Maintain accurate ticket records and ensure compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA policies and procedures
Prioritize and complete projects in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and timelines
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ticket processes and operations
This position includes potential travel to road games, preseason and post-season play, Big 12 championships, NCAA Championship events and other events or responsibilities directed by its supervisor.
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission

Maintain regular and punctual attendance
