The Assistant Director – Player Personnel is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Basketball Operations and Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff. The Assistant Director – Player Personnel is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Basketball Operations and Men’s Basketball Coaching Staff. This role is particularly involved in the development of current student-athletes while maintaining University and NCAA compliance.
Build and maintain positive relationships with current student-athletes to further their personal and athletic growth. This includes individual development sessions as well as team setting development.
Attend staff meetings and monthly NCAA compliance meetings.
Participate in recruiting visits, as needed, to build positive relationships with prospective student-athletes and families.
Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, ACC, institutional and departmental policies, and procedures.
General office management in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned or requested by Head Coach and Assistant Coaches.
