Provides supervision to the Clements Recreation Center including but not limited to:
Management of student worker staff – scheduling, training, and hiring and payroll.
Provides supervision of contracted maintenance of equipment located in the cardio and weight areas of the athletic facilities.
Provides supervision of maintenance to all equipment and aspects of the Clements Recreation Center.
Provides oversight to the Clements Recreation Center budget and related administrative decisions.
Assists to maintain outside facilities, grounds, and athletic fields.
Assists with Otterbein University Athletic activities as requested or assigned
Assists with the issuance and control of athletics team equipment as needed. Assists with team laundry as needed
Rakes and disposes of leaves and garbage; shovels snow from walks and driveways, and salts icy surfaces, as needed. Uses tractor with attachments to perform various field maintenance duties
May be required to drive University or rental vehicles
Any additional administrative assignment will be assigned at the discretion of the Director of Athletics

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years or more of previous related experience is preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to operate a variety of equipment appropriate to the care and maintenance in athletic facilities
Heavy lifting may be required for this position. Climbing ladders and on equipment is required
