Summary

Washington & Jefferson College is accepting applications for an assistant field hockey coach (part-time).

The assistant coach, in collaboration with the Head Field Hockey Coach, assists in the direction and administration of the program in a manner that reflects the athletics' department program goals. This individual reports directly to the Head Field Hockey and is responsible for specific coaching and recruiting duties as designated by the head coach.

Duties and Responsibilities

The assistant coach helps plan and implement the in-season and off-season training schedule for field hockey student athletes. In addition, helps formulate daily practice and weekly game practice plans.

Qualifications

The assistant coach is expected to be knowledgeable about local, state and NCAA Division III regulations regarding recruiting and helps cultivate a network that identifies prospects that match the academic and athletic profile of Washington & Jefferson College.
