General Function:
Andrew College is seeking a qualified Assistant Flag Football Coach to administer all areas related to a highly competitive Flag
Football program. The successful candidate must adhere to Andrew College policies. The Assistant Flag Football Coach must
understand the dynamics of a small college setting and have the ability to take on several tasks outside the coaching arena
towards success for the Athletic Department and Andrew College as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Andrew College department of athletics as it pertains to the Flag
  

Football program

• Help recruit quality student-athletes
  
• Coaching responsibilities that are deemed necessary by the Head Coach
  

- Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes

Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments

Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
- Good driving record with the ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Flag Football Coach
- Additional duties as assigned by the Athletic Director

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  

Working Conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job you may be required to lift and/or move heavy items. You will also be
  

required to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
