This position requires a high level of football knowledge with an emphasis on offense, excellent work ethic along with strong motivational, teaching/coaching and communication skills. Candidates are expected to be committed to multiculturalism and working with a diverse student body. Requires the ability to travel extensively including overnight stays for recruiting and competitions.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an on-going basis without sponsorship.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience coaching or competing in football at a highly competitive level (post high school).
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful NCAADI or professional football coaching/analyst experience with expertise in offense, including running backs.
Successful NCAA DI or professional football playing experience.
Demonstrated ability to recruit and coach highly skilled student-athletes and have strong recruiting connections.
