Position Summary Information

| Key Responsibilities |
Juniata College is seeking a Defensive Line Coach or Linebackers Coach. Looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to run their own room. The position responsibilities include coaching your own position group, game planning, film breakdown, practice prep, recruiting, and duties as assigned. This hire will include a stipend of $12,000 for the duration of 12 months, with on-campus housing, and a full meal plan and full benefits. Looking to review candidates and hire as soon as possible.

Primary Role:
Assist Head Coach with all aspects of running a football program, including but not limited to:

• coaching of a position group
• practice and game preparation and organization
• off-season program evaluations
• in-game strategies, adjustments, and decision making
• on-field and in-practice teaching, coaching, demonstration
• conducting individual workouts and skill development sessions.
• Recruitment of high quality student-athletes to a rigorous academic environment
• Ensure adherence to the rules, regulations and policies of all governing bodies including Juniata College, Athletic Department, Landmark Conference and the NCAA
• Participate in overall administration of the Athletic Department by representing the office as requested and cooperatively assisting colleagues. This includes attending all mandatory department activities and functions, membership on department and campus committees and participation upon request in enrollment, fundraising and/or promotional events.
• Serve a secondary responsibility, as assigned by the Director of Athletics

Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license required, clear of major violations. Juniata College reserves the right to review driving records to determine suitability for position.
