The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate football program including instruction and training of student-athletes in on-court operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and communicate in-depth knowledge of the medical and strength and conditioning profiles of student-athletes

Collaborate with the Head Coach in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of prospective student-athletes
Develop team strategies and individual player development
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with coaching staff and other university personnel.
Maintain a professional and positive image of Southeastern Athletics, specifically the football program
Follow established departmental policies and procedures
Commitment to work with diversity
Ability to work nights/evening, weekends and holiday
Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree from an accredited university.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
