| Position Summary |
Candidate must implement the offensive system, practice sessions, recruit outstanding student-athletes to the University and meet recruiting goals for the football program. Candidate must also demonstrate techniques for improvement of the offensive players as well as execute programs directed by the Head Coach. |

Ability to evaluate and recruit highly skilled student-athletes. Ability to effectively analyze and teach the fundamental skills and strategies specifically for the defensive side of the ball. Ability to comply with all policies and regulations of the University, CIAA and NCAA. Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Banner. Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately. Ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations, the University community and the public. Ability to maintain accurate files on paper and in software programs.
