General Function:
Andrew College is seeking a qualified Assistant Football Coach to administer all areas related to a highly competitive Football
program. The successful candidate must adhere to all NJCAA Division I and Andrew College policies. The Assistant Football
Coach must understand the dynamics of a small college setting and have the ability to take on several tasks outside the
coaching arena towards success for the Athletic Department and Andrew College as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Football program.

Help recruit quality student-athletes
Coaching responsibilities that are deemed necessary by the Head Coach
Maintain high academic standards for student-athletes
Manage all academic needs including but not limited to Study Hall and Academic Attendance
Assist and Aide with the Academic Success Center and Writing Center
Assist and Aide with all Academic Student-Athlete supports
Interact and develop healthy relationships with other Andrew College departments
Meet NJCAA compliance guidelines and regulations
Strong disciplined skills and consistency with communication and structure required
Good driving record with ability to drive Andrew College vans and recruiting vehicles
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach
Additional duties as assigned by Athletic Director

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
