Position Purpose: Responsible for assisting in the organization, development, and leadership of a highly competitive Division III football program in support of the mission and core values of Union College. The position will include a secondary responsibility assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Apply NowThe football program is a member of NCAA Division III and the Liberty League. Union College sponsors 26 intercollegiate sports, 24 in Division III, with Ice Hockey competing at Division I.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
