planning, conducting drills and one-on-one workouts, and assisting with operations. Appointments are
for one academic year and include an hourly wage of $21.00/hour plus housing for the duration of the
appointment.

• Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written communications, presentation skills, personal

demeanor, judgment, and diplomacy)

• Ability to recruit and retain student-athletes
• Ability to inspire and motivate student athletes to perform both academically and athletically.
• The ability to establish strong and effective personal and professional relationships
• Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Coaching and/or playing experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting software platforms
• Must be familiar with HUDL
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to work outdoors in weather
• Ability to kneel, stoop and stand for up to eight hours
• Must be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds regularly
