ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH

POSITION OVERVIEW

Assistant coaching positions are temporary, academic-year positions under the supervision of head
coaches of the Academy’s athletic teams. The incumbent must be able to immediately contribute to all
phases of the football program, including but not limited to recruiting, film editing and review, game
planning, conducting drills and one-on-one workouts, and assisting with operations. Appointments are
for one academic year and include an hourly wage of $21.00/hour plus housing for the duration of the
appointment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Coaching and/or playing experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting software platforms
• Must be familiar with HUDL
• Microsoft Office
• Ability to work outdoors in weather
• Ability to kneel, stoop and stand for up to eight hours
• Must be able to lift and move 25 to 50 pounds regularly
