Position Summary:
Valley City State University is searching for an Assistant Football Coach. This position is responsible for supporting the Head Coach by coaching student athletes, recruiting, monitoring student athlete academic progress, scheduling, and overseeing the discipline, conduct, and image of the student athlete. This is a professional coaching position, and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of affiliated national, regional, and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the North Star Athletic Association and the University.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires offensive line or quarterback coaching experience and a valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coaching experience at the collegiate level, ability to compete at the NAIA level, strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, high motivation, and an outstanding work ethic are preferred.

Compensation
$32,000-$36,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
