KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Actively participates in the planning, organization, and execution of both preseason and regular season practices and contests
2. Collaborates with the Head Coach to develop and implement innovative offensive strategies, aligning with team objectives
3. Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of opposing defenses to formulate customized game plans
4. Provides leadership and guidance to offensive players, emphasizing skill development, proper technique, and overall performance enhancement
5. Evaluates athletes' performance and progress to ensure peak performance during both practices and games
6. Conducts regular individual and group training sessions, fostering a deep understanding of offensive plays among players
7. Oversees the mental and physical preparation of athletes for games, contributing to the development of conditioning programs
8. Makes real-time adjustments during games based on opponent actions and performance
9. Collaborate with the coaching staff to optimize offensive play-calling and adapt strategies to changing game situations
10. Leads the recruitment efforts for prospective student-athletes, evaluating both athletic and academic abilities and presenting recruits for final selection by the Head Coach
11. Cultivates strong relationships with high school coaches, athletes, and families to actively promote the football program
12. Utilizes video analysis tools for a comprehensive review of game footage, assessing player performance, and identifying areas for improvement
13. Conducts film study sessions with players to enhance their understanding of opponents' defensive strategies
14. Ensures strict adherence to NCAA rules and regulations in all coaching and recruitment activities, actively participating in compliance training

Educational Requirements
Associate's degree from an accredited institution of higher education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience
Other Required Qualifications
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license
Current, and valid CPR/AED certification
Required Experience
Two (2) years of relevant experience coaching in a post-secondary level program, professional athlete, professional tour participant or professional coach in a related sports program. Experience in a Football Offensive Coaching role at the collegiate level

Pass NCAA Coaches Certification (Recruiting Test)
Preferred Educational Qualifications
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Preferred Experience
Successful football offensive coordinator experience in a Division 1, FBS collegiate or professional football program

Proven understanding of NCAA rules with a dedicated commitment to adhering to the regulations of the University, Conference, and NCAA
Profound knowledge of offensive football strategies and tactics
Fundamental comprehension of the professionalism and intensity required for successful contributions to a Division I athletics program
SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)
Proficient in utilizing specific video analysis systems and online recruiting databases (e.g., ACS, XOs Scout, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
