| Job Summary |
The Assistant Football Coach – Offensive Coordinator plays a central leadership role within Concord University’s football program, providing strategic direction, daily coaching, and operational support to advance the team’s competitive success.
This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the offensive system, including game planning, play‑calling, player development, and position‑specific instruction.
The coach will collaborate closely with the Head Coach and full staff to ensure the program reflects the university’s values, maintains full compliance with NCAA Division II and Mountain East Conference regulations, and fosters a positive, growth‑oriented environment for student‑athletes. |

- Excellent communication, management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with a proven ability to adhere to all compliance standards
- Basic computer skills, including film analysis software, email communication, and data entry
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with student‑athletes, staff, and recruits
- Ability to work collaboratively within a coaching staff and athletic department
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Commitment to student‑athlete academic success and personal development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Professionalism, integrity, and a high level of personal accountability
