The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with all phases of a Division 1 intercollegiate football program, specifically all aspects of coordinating offense, and in addition instruction and training of student-athletes in on-field operations, physical and mental player development, motivation, mentorship, instilling disciplines and development technical skills through quality practice and excellent communication.

Commitment to the academic and athletic progress and performance of the individual student-athletes and the team
Oversee all aspects of coordinating offense for the football program
Collaborate with the Head Coach regarding execution of offensive strategies and oversee and collaborate with assistant coaches working on additional offensive efforts
Collaborate with the Head Coach in the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of prospective student-athletes
Develop team strategies and individual player development
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with coaching staff, athletic administrative staff and other university personnel.
Maintain a professional and positive image of Southeastern Athletics, specifically the football program
Follow established departmental policies and procedures
Commitment to work with diversity
Ability to work nights/evening, weekends and holiday
Other duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A minimum of one year of coaching experience at the high school level or above.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree from an accredited university.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations in Division 1 Athletics
