Job Description

This posting is for a full-time, 11 month, exempt position. The position is responsible for assisting in administration of all areas related to the success of a Division II football program and promoting intercollegiate athletics at The University of Findlay. Maintain a thorough knowledge of, and abide by all NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations. Failure to do so may lead to suspension or possible termination. Attend all NCAA Compliance meetings as offered by the department; successfully complete the NCAA DII University Modules annually.

Essential Functions

This position requires regular, predictable, reliable attendance in the office environment.

  1. Linebackers Coach.
  2. Recruiting.
  3. Special Teams Coordinator (Manages and oversees all aspects of Special Teams play.
  4. Supervising academic progress of student-athletes.
  5. Scouting opponents.
  6. Planning, management, and evaluation of football practice.
  7. Developing strategy and bench coaching during games.
