Position Description

The assistant head coach will assist the head coach in coaching and administration of the USCB men’s baseball program to include the development, implementation, management, and compliance of a NCAA DII baseball program. This includes but not limited to: serving as the pitching coach, teaching offensive strategies, provide defensive instruction with emphasis on infield/outfield play, and assist with field preparation and maintenance. Alumni outreach and other baseball focused duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Supplemental duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. | | Minimum Required Education and Experience |
