Duties & Responsibilities:

The primary purpose of the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach is coaching and providing VCU Lacrosse student-athletes with high-level instruction in the sport of Lacrosse at the NCAA Division l level to prepare them for competition in local, regional, and national arenas. Under the direction of the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, this position adheres to the VCU Athletics mission and core values by acting upon its goals and strategies.

60% Coaching.

Coaching and instructing student-athletes at the NCAA Division I level to prepare them for competition in local, regional, and national arenas; and.

Video analysis and scouting of opponents..
