Reports to the Head Swimming and Diving Coach and assists in all aspects of the program, including and not limited to, coaching, recruiting, camps and swim lessons.

Primary Duties:
Assist Head Coach with all aspects of the program
Assist in practice planning and meet strategy
Serve as Recruiting Coordinator
Serve as Assistant Camp and Swim Lesson Director
Assist with travel planning/coordination
Coordinate apparel and equipment purchases
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong commitment to academic achievement
Strong knowledge of NCAA rules
Commitment, knowledge and experience with the recruiting process
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills
This position requires driving a company/university vehicle, a valid driver’s license is a requirement and a MVR need to be conducted upon hire
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Collegiate level play and/or coaching experience
Strength and conditioning background for dryland practices
Working Conditions:
Must be willing and able to work summers, nights and weekends.
