Essential Functions:

• Administrative duties in all phases of the program.

• Assist with all phases of competitive NCCAA and USCAA compliant recruiting.

• Evaluate prospective student-athletes through game, showcase, and video observation.

• Execute and evaluate practice and game planning, including video coordination.

Directly responsible for position skill development in assigned area(s):

• Practice planning and implementation.

• Track, compile and disseminate scrimmage and match statistics.

• Off-season conditioning.

• Assist with the direction of camps, fundraising, and other program development activities.

• Assist with the direction of camps, fundraising, and other program development activities.

• Scheduling: Assist with arranging aspects of team travel including but not limited to: team meals for home and away contests and team lodging arrangements.

• Assist the Head Coach with office and administrative duties.

• Assist coaches with upkeep of the locker room, gymnasium, and team reputation.

Additional daily, weekly, and seasonal responsibilities:

• Daily: Assist coach with daily duties such as: statistics, organizational duties, and program development.

• Weekly: manage daily practices, team meetings, gear and managers that will conduct their season with Junior Varsity.

• Seasonal: Assist coach with scouting of opponents, recruitment of future athletes, and organization of team personnel throughout the season.

• Seasonal: maintain and assist all managerial duties such as: washing jerseys, organizational paperwork, hotel reservations, and dining reservations for Junior Varsity.

• Seasonal: Assist coach in any other way possible with attendance at all JV team practices, all team events, and all team or administrative meetings.
