Job Description

Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach (Offensive Coordinator). This is a full-time, 10-month reporting position with benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Men’s Lacrosse program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. The Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach will work in conjunction with the head coach to fulfill the following responsibilities: coaching student athletes focusing primarily on offensive schemes (including Face-Off Men, and Man-Up unit), scouting opponents, and recruiting. The assistant coach will also plan travel, order and inventory equipment, monitor student success and outcomes both in and out of the classroom, and maintain communication with prospects, families, alumni and friends via social media. Additional responsibilities will be assigned in game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.

The Assistant Men’s Lacrosse Coach (Offensive Coordinator) serves the Department of Athletics, Fitness and Recreation in the Division of Student Affairs. This position reports to the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach and supports the mission of the College in its focus on student development, outcomes and success. This is a ten (10) month position with benefits that includes morning, evening and weekend responsibilities.
