Reporting to the Head Mens Soccer Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist in developing, organizing, and administering all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III soccer program.
Description
The Assistant Coach must be present at all team events and able to drive the team to each practice and match. The Assistant Coach needs to establish positive relationships with student-athletes and help develop the academic and personal development of the student-athletes. The Assistant Coach needs to work as a part of the coaching staff in designing and executing designated parts of the practices, and attend, evaluate local recruiting. The Assistant Coach must promote a commitment to building sportsmanship, a culture of respect and inclusion for student athletes while ensuring his, and assisting with the team’s, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional policies, rules and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications - Soccer coaching experience at the collegiate level preferred
**Professional references will be requested later in the interview process. Candidates should be prepared to provide at least three professional references, including two current or former managers/supervisors. We encourage submitting up to five references total to ensure alternate contacts are available if needed.
