Position Summary:
The part-time assistant Men’s Soccer Coach will help plan and administer all facets of the Men’s Soccer program.

Primary Duties:

• Assist the Men’s Soccer staff in planning practice and game strategies;
• Assist with on-the-field coaching, coordinating travel;
• Assist in monitoring academics, coordinating camps, etc.

Secondary Duties:

• Monitor student-athletes that live in on-campus housing;
• Other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Soccer Coach and/or the Athletic Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Sports Management or Sports Administration with a familiarity and exposure to college soccer.

Knowledge and Skills:

• A demonstrated knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an athletics department;
• A proven record in following directives and being responsible for tasks which have been assigned;
• Experience and competency in a leadership role within the classroom are preferred, and experience with computers and video editing a plus.  

Reports to: Head Men’s Soccer Coach

Position: Part-time

Hours: Nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
