Baker University seeks qualified applicants for an Assistant Men’s and Women’s Bowling Coach in the Athletics Department. The Assistant Men’s and Women’s Bowling Coach will support the management, development, and success of the bowling program. Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, coaching, scheduling, budget management, fundraising, and mentoring student-athletes. The Assistant Coach will ensure compliance with Baker University, Heart of America Athletic Conference, and NAIA policies. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, with previous coaching experience and collegiate bowling experience preferred. Knowledge of NAIA regulations preferred. Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work both independently and collaboratively, be able to work with computers and technology, and be able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
