Position Summary:
This position is responsible for all phases of the program including organization and administration, quality student-athlete recruitment, fiscal management, viable fund raising and public relations, and other duties as assigned by the Head Men's Basketball Coach.
Salary & Benefits:
$40,000-$50,000, commensurate with experience plus comprehensive benefits package effective on date of hire.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree
Candidate to have played at the college level.
Successful knowledge and experience with the recruiting process.
Thorough understanding of the NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in program planning and teaching.
Candidate must have a strong commitment to the academic and athletic success of the student-athletes and NCAA compliance with the highest of ethical standards.
Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
Driving a company/university vehicle may be required. A valid drivers license is a requirement and a MVR needs to be conducted upon hire.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Master’s degree
Candidate to have coached at the NCAA level for more than two years.
