Albright College is an NCAA Division III institution that competes in the Middle Atlantic Conference and is seeking a part-time assistant track coach. The assistant coach is responsible for duties which include (but are not limited to) recruitment of student-athletes, assisting in all practice sessions and competitive events, assisting in pre-season and in-season conditioning; assist with practice planning and game planning; assisting in fundraising and community service. Essential Job Functions:

1. On-field coaching;
2. Recruitment of student athletes in support of the track program;
3. Assists with practice and meet planning;
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

   1. Strong interpersonal skills

2. SKILLS

   1. Ability to recruit, teach and coach student-athletes

3. EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

   1. Prior playing and coaching experience preferred

4. EDUCATION

   1. Bachelor’s degree

5. LICENSES
