The Opportunity
Under the direction of the Head Men's Basketball Coach, the Assistant Recruiting Coordinator is critically involved in all aspects of program’s recruiting efforts, elite talent acquisition and operational tactical items. This is a fixed-term position with a contract date of 4/30/25.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Assistant to the Head Coach/Recruiting Coordinator in the capacity as assistant camp director with an emphasis on the elite camp organization. (25%)
    o Hiring staff
    o Coordination with facilities and human resources
    o Budget oversight
    o Provide oversight of elite camp and identification of top academic prospects
  • Overseeing the admission of potential student athletes to Stanford University, which includes coordinating discussions with high school counselors about class schedules, conducting transcript evaluations for NCAA eligibility, and managing the admissions process for Stanford University. (50%)
  • Comanaging the transcript recovery process for all prospective student athletes using staff members, database, and high school coaches and counselors.
  • Managing all recruiting prospects’ personal information using a database to create and design face sheets for each prospect and family member(s) for official and unofficial visits.
