Randolph-Macon College invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Assistant Softball Coach. Randolph-Macon is a Division III member institution participating in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference.  

Responsibilities:  

• Assisting the head coach in all aspects of running a successful program to include practice and game day preparations, and recruitment of student athletes. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and previous competitive playing experience at the college or university level required; pitching experience preferred. 
•  Must have a valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards. 
•  Successful applicant must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills as well as be committed to the policies and regulations of the ODAC and NCAA Division III.
