| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Collegiate level softball playing experience.
- Strong communication skills and teaching/coaching skills.
- Ability to perform all job duties in accordance with NCAA, Conference, and University rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- A valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the University’s insurance carrier,

| Position Purpose |
To assist the Head Softball Coach in administering all aspects of an educationally sound and competitive Division I women’s softball program.

- Practice, planning and game preparation.
- On-field duties along with office duties.
- Video analysis of practice and game film.
- Organizing of team community service events
- Planning team travel itineraries and other assigned duties.
