Help Build the Future of Sand Shark Softball

The University of South Carolina Beaufort (USCB) is seeking an energetic, collaborative, and student-focused Assistant Softball Coach to help lead a competitive NCAA Division II softball program. Located in South Carolina’s beautiful Lowcountry, USCB offers the opportunity to build your collegiate coaching career while supporting student-athletes in an engaging university environment near Hilton Head Island and Savannah, Georgia.

The Assistant Softball Coach works closely with the Head Coach to support the overall management and success of the softball program. This position assists with practice preparation and instruction, recruiting prospective student-athletes, team travel arrangements, student managers, and other day-to-day program operations.

We are looking for a coach who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. | | Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials | | | Preferred Qualifications |
