Assistant Softball Coach

Reportíng to Megan Logan, Head Coach, Softball, your job duties and responsibilities for this Assistant Coach assignment include but are not limited to:

1. teaching/coaching of physical conditioning, techniques and strategy
   
2. public relations, recruiting and scouting where applicable
   
3. awareness and compliance with all Elms College rules, regulations and policies including those outlined in
   the Coaches Handbook
   
4. awareness and compliance with all NCAA, ECAC and NECC rules and regulations including the knowledge
   that a coach may be suspended or terminated if found to be involved in deliberate or serious violation of
   NCAA regulations as mandated by NCAA by-law 11.2.1.1
   
5. understanding of first aid procedures
   
6. operating a vehicle
   
7. attendance at meetings where required
   
8. other duties as may be assigned by the Director of Athletics or head coach
