The Opportunity

Lesley University seeks an Assistant Softball Coach.  The Assistant Softball Coach is responsible for the assisting with the management of the softball program including, practice planning, recruitment, player development and implementing game strategy.

Qualities and Capabilities

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).

• Previous successful collegiate coaching experience or experience playing at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level (required).

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• A valid U.S. driver's license (required).

• Authorization to work in the United States; if you hold a visa, your visa status must allow you to work at Lesley University.
