Grays Harbor College Athletic Department invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Intercollegiate Women’s Softball. Reporting to the Head softball coach, and the Director of Athletics, the selected candidate will be responsible working with the Head Coach of the women’s softball program, ensuring compliance with athletic department, college, and Northwest Athletic Conference (NWAC) guidelines. The assistant coach holds a significant role in fostering a holistic collegiate women’s softball journey for student-athletes, emphasizing academic success, competitive athletics, and personal growth opportunities. This is a part-time, non-tenure position without benefits eligibility. This position is paid through an annual stipend.
