Position Description: Under the direct supervision of the Head Women’s Softball Coach, the Assistant Coach has the responsibility of carrying out all duties assigned by the Head Women’s Softball Coach as they relate to the administration of the sport and to always work in the best interest of the program, the Athletic Department, and the University. As a member of the Athletic Department’s Facilities Team, the Team Member is responsible primarily for event preparation (set-ups & tear downs) as well as any other assistance that is needed to promote effective and efficient function of our Athletic Facilities Team.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, required. Master’s Degree, preferred.
